The meeting was well organized with participation recorded and contacts preserved by CRIB. Over 100 participants from both IT and Credit departments of the member institutions attended the meeting, which began with a welcome note from Mr.Amarasena, General Manager, CRIB.

Mr. N.T.Arunkumar and Mr. Sudarshan PT from D&B addressed the gathering and took them through the detailed presentation covering all the agenda points.

The meeting was very interactive and the Q&A session lasted for over 45 minutes. Valuable feedback was gained from the members and relevant points / feedback was incorporated in the form of changes to the Input File Formats and the Credit Information Reports.

Back in December 2006, D&B's team had met the Pilot Members individually to update them on the Project status as well as to walk them through the Input File Format.

Pursuant to this, as a part of D&B's Project execution methodology and management consultancy services, D&B had suggested organizing an ALL Member Meet to have a common forum to address all stakeholders in the Modernization initiative of CRIB.

The CRIB "ALL Members Meet" proved a significant milestone in the CRIB Modernization Project as D&B was introduced to all stakeholders as the delivery partner in the modernization initiative and, being a participative session, valuable member insights were obtained.
