The quality culture at D&B TransUnion ADC is founded on well-evolved quality systems
- the Quality Centre of Excellence(QCE). It is an integrated system which covers
both CMMI model and ISO 27001. The QCE is a comprehensive repository of all Software
Life Cycle, Project Management Processes and Methodologies. The Software Engineering
Process Group (SEPG) and Quality group maintain and enhance this repository, based
on ongoing project implementations and benchmarking.

D&B TransUnion Analytic and Decision Services Private Limited has been appraised
at CMMI Level 3 Version 1.2 by KPMG.

ISO 27001
D&B TransUnion Analytic and Decision Centre Pvt. Ltd. has been certified against ISO 27001: 2005 Standards by DNV. A risk based Information Security Management System (ISMS)
framework has been designed and implemented on the continual improvement paradigm
of the "Plan-Do-Check-Act" (PDCA) methodology.

A strong Information Security Group (ISG) has been formed with heads of different functions to monitor Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of Information Assets. Emergency Response Team and Compliance teams help in responding to any physical, logical or personnel emergencies. Periodic audits are conducted, metrics collected, incidents and weaknesses reported and reviewed and user feedbacks collected. These are discussed during ISG meetings every quarter to bring about continual improvement to the ISMS. Business continuity plans are exercised and mock drills conducted regularly to ensure that all functions and personnel are fully prepared to meet any emergencies. A Compliance Book for Reference is made available encompassing statutory, regulatory, legal and contractual requirements to be adhered to.
