| N.T.Arunkumar is the Chief Executive Officer in D&B TransUnion Analytic and Decision Services Pvt. Ltd., a global analytics & technology company, serving D&B and TransUnion businesses worldwide. Arun has over 18 years of experience in technology management, business unit leadership and operations outsourcing with leading global organizations like Citibank / Citigroup, PepsiCo, Polaris and Office Tiger / RR Donnelly. Prior to taking over this role in 2007, as CTO of D&B in the emerging markets, Arun drafted the technology & delivery strategy of the organization and helped take the organization from its inception as a captive technology start-up to a 400+ niche provider of high-end technology-led analytics and risk management products and solutions. |

| In his current capacity, Arun directs the development of D&B’s and TransUnion’s global Centre of Excellence in analytics and technology through its dedicated India based company. He drafted the vision, mission and long-term strategic goals, including successfully executing two inorganic (Joint Venture) growth opportunities. Under Arun’s leadership, the centre has created several IPRs in the areas of Financial Infrastructure & Credit Bureaus, Rating, Data Pattern Matching, Risk Analytics, Scoring (commercial and consumer) and predictive modeling of customer behavior (commercial and consumer). D&B in the region, with the support of D&B TransUnion Analytic and Decision Services Pvt. Ltd. (previously known as D&B-PSAPL), won prestigious contracts amidst global competition, in several countries’ first-time bureaus, enterprise risk management solutions projects in leading banks and analytics services in key Fortune-100 organizations. |

| In 2007, two strategic Joint Ventures were formed under Arun’s leadership, expanding its market reach, equity base and client base. The JV with Dun & Bradstreet International made the company a global Centre of Excellence for analytics and scoring while the JV with TransUnion Inc. brought in a significant opportunity in technology development, data management and consumer analytics businesses. |

Arun holds a Post Graduate Honors Diploma in PMIR (MBA) from XLRI Jamshedpur specializing in General Management & Systems and holds a top-rank bachelor's degree in Mathematics & Statistics from St. Joseph's College, Trichy. He also plays the role of visiting faculty at Sri Sathya Sai University where he guest lectures on management and systems for both MBA and M.Tech Computer Science faculties. He has created and runs the 'Financial Technology' program at the Institute of Financial Management & Research, Chennai. |
