D&B TransUnion ADC has state-of-the-art infrastructure including a world class Data Centre. The Centre has 3 dedicated ISP links providing 24x7 connectivity to all the associates with adequate balancing through load balancer. Given the global timezone to which the Centre works, there are dedicated Voice over IP lines and modern Audio-Video conferencing. There are nearly fifty virtualized servers hosted on 3 physical servers with adequate archival / backup provided with auto tape loader libraries.

The Centre confirms to the highest and most stringent security measures including ISO 27001 and biometric access, access card, CCTV monitoring and round the clock physical security. Adequate training is provided to the associates in event of any casualty.

The Data Centre equipped with all the latest and cutting edge technology hardware and software, caters to the information needs of several credit bureaus across the world and for a leading Credit Information Bureau in India. Global connectivity is ensured across the offices of D&B and TransUnion with site to site virtual private network connectivity.

Data Centre Security

Restricted group access

Biometric access control for access to enter Data Centre. Audit performed to analyze unauthorized access to the Data Centre every fortnight

FM200 gas suppression system installed in Data Centre for fire prevention

2 high resolution CCTVs have been installed inside the Data Centre to monitor any unauthorized access

Precision air-condition cooling unit used to maintain the Data Centre temperature at 18^o C all the time

AC units are configured in active standby mode. Status will be changed automatically every 8 hours

APC UPS with 80KVA and 30KVA providing power supply to all equipment in the Data Centre. All Servers are connected to both the UPS to provide redundancy

External battery banks are available to provide backup for all servers up to 2hours

Single Authority for exception approval

Data Centre Access Log report maintained for entry and exit

Periodic ISG Audit

Some of the recent achievements of the Centre include hosting of a complete ASP based solution for D&B International, transition of mail domains post joint ventures with D&B and TransUnion.
